    The Nursing Enrollment Coordinator is a member of Westminster University’s Enrollment Management division. This position reports directly to Associate Director of Adult Learning and Graduate Admissions and supports the Enrollment Management division, School of Nursing and Health Sciences, and campus partners.

    Enrollment Management is a collaborative team committed to providing and supporting services that attract, enroll, and retain students. The Enrollment Management division seeks to offer a student-centered, service-focused, and innovative enrollment experience that supports the university’s strategic priorities. As part of these efforts, the Nursing Enrollment Coordinator manages recruitment strategies and initiatives specific to the enrollment of undergraduate and graduate students to Westminster University’s nursing programs. This position collaborates in the development, execution, and assessment of the team’s strategic enrollment plans.

    Success in this role requires a high degree of interpersonal interaction, as well as self-directed autonomous work. It is required that the employee be on-campus, in-person but occasional remote work is possible.

    The Utah State University Admissions Office seeks an energetic student-oriented individual to join our Operations Team. The Assistant Director of Recruitment Operations reports directly to the Director of Recruitment Operations within the Admissions Office and assists them in carrying out the responsibilities of their team. The Assistant Director oversees all programming for new students including campus tours, on- and off-campus events for the Admissions Office.

    This position plays an integral role in the overall recruitment and enrollment efforts for Utah State University, and is part of the Admissions Office leadership team. As a member of the leadership team, responsibilities include leading a team, providing recommendations on trends, and executing the vision and mission of the University.

    The Assistant Director of Admissions is a member of Westminster University’s Enrollment Management Division and reports to the Director of Admissions. This position primarily works with undergraduate populations. Enrollment Management is a collaborative team committed to providing and supporting services that attract, enroll, and retain students. The Enrollment Management division seeks to offer a student-centered, service-focused, and innovative enrollment experience that supports the university’s strategic priorities. As part of these efforts, the Assistant Director of Admissions manages the daily visit program, serves as an admissions counselor for a small, local territory, and supervises the Campus Visit Specialist and admissions student employees. In addition to assuming the roles of an admissions counselor, this position organizes and executes undergraduate recruitment programs and initiatives to attract and enroll students to the University and will work directly with parents and families. This role supports student success by recruiting a dynamic and diverse student population. This position is designed for the employee to be on-campus, in-person with occasional remote work.

    The Enrollment Systems Coordinator (CRM coordinator) is a member of Westminster University’s Enrollment Management division. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and supports the Enrollment Management division and campus partners. Enrollment Management is a collaborative team committed to providing and supporting services that attract, enroll, and retain students. The Enrollment Management division seeks to offer a student-centered, service-focused, and innovative enrollment experience that supports the college’s strategic priorities. As part of these efforts, the Enrollment CRM specialist supports the daily functions of the customer relationship management (CRM) tool within Enrollment Management (Slate). Responsibilities include performing daily activities related to the administration of Slate CRM including developing and implementing data standards and procedures; managing datasets, applications, workflows, forms, reports, and queries; building forms; providing support for CRM users including access, permissions, training, and troubleshooting; reviewing data for integrity; assisting with the creation of rules; and coordinating the annual update process.

    Under the direction of the Assistant Registrar for Registration and Records, the Advisor Generalist is tasked with greeting and advising students with technical information related to registration and record procedures in person, by telephone, email, text message and at the front desk; Assisting students, faculty, and staff in troubleshooting errors and resolving problems associated with registration, records, grading, petitions, and other related services and functions; Reviewing and screening student petitions; Updating and submitting enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse; Assisting with final grade distribution for high school distance education classes; and Researching and coordinating with other departments in regard to any processes related to registration and records.

    Supervises workflow and processes by coordinating and overseeing work assignments for graduate admissions operations. Ensures relevant policies, procedures, and laws are followed. Participates in the interview process as well as assesses, develops, and provides training for new and existing employees. Assists other areas as requested and learns relevant processes and skills. Handles escalated inquiries from students, departments and staff. Evaluates escalated graduate admissions applications. May assist in program management, department relations, etc. Staff are required to be in the office; this is not a remote position. After 90 days and with management approval, employees may have the opportunity to work up to three days a week remotely, although this is subject to change.

    Under the direction of the Associate Registrar for Transfer Evaluation, the Specialist 1, assists and provides students with all relevant information about enrollment services as it relates to transferring credit to Salt Lake Community College (SLCC). Provides exceptional customer service, clerical, and technical support regarding transfer of credit process.

    Requires an in-depth knowledge of how to research data in various Student Information Systems (i.e., Banner, Etrieve, DegreeWorks etc.) as well as interpret Articulation and Curriculum Policy, Procedure, Program and Course requirements. Collaborates and confers with various departments including Graduation, Records and Data Management, Reverse Transfer, Academic and Career Advising, Admissions and International Student Affairs.

    This position is a great foundation for anyone considering a career in Student Affairs.

    The Associate Registrar of Academic Progress will lead an Office of the Registrar unit responsible for degree audit; transfer evaluation/articulation processes; Veterans Affairs (VA) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) certification; and compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Successful candidates must be centered on student success; focused on achieving institutional goals; demonstrate an ability to create/refine systems, processes, and policies; have strong change management skills; lead and develop a team of professionals who carry out the aforementioned functions; create and maintain campus-wide partnerships with key stakeholders; possess thorough knowledge of, or ability to learn and comply with state, federal, and organizational policies.
