Student Services Assistant I - Registration
Overview
Under the direction of the Assistant Registrar for Registration and Records, the Student Services Assistant I is tasked with advising students with technical information related to registration and record procedures in person, by telephone, email, and text message; Assisting students, faculty, and staff in troubleshooting errors and resolving problems associated with registration, records, grading, petitions, and other related services and functions; Reviewing and screening student petitions; Updating and submitting enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse; and Researching and coordinating with other departments in regard to any processes related to registration and records.
