    Regional Admissions Counselor for Southern Utah

    Utah Tech University (UT) is seeking an energetic, self-motivated candidate to join the Admissions team and campus community. This position will report to the assistant director of admission recruitment and focus on the recruitment of prospective students to Utah Tech University. The position offers the unique opportunity to engage with potential students and their families in one of the most exciting times in their lives. This Regional Admissions Counselor works on the UT campus (with opportunities for limited remote work) and on-the-road to coordinate student recruitment efforts in the surrounding region. Responsibilities Develop and implement a holistic recruitment strategy for prospective undergraduate students in Utah and surrounding states. Building relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, alumni, and other constituents in support of the recruitment goals. Support prospective students as they move through the recruitment process through all communication channels, answering questions about the admissions process, alleviating concerns, assisting with application submission, and following through to enrollment. Coordinate and market student recruitment events. Represent the University at college fairs, job fairs, student recruitment events, etc. Generate and analyze enrollment analytics of assigned territory to make data-driven recruitment decisions, identify trends, and optimize outreach strategies. Utilize data enrollment tools and CRM systems (Slate) to track and assess recruitment efforts, enrollment trends, and applicant progress. Conduct research on student enrollment patterns and retention trends to refine outreach strategies, enhance engagement, and improve conversion rates. Leverage insights from regional research, demographic trends, and target market data to identify key recruitment opportunities, enhance marketing strategies, and tailor outreach efforts based on prospective students' needs. Prepare reports on admissions statistics, campaign effectiveness, and recruitment ROI, offering insights and recommendations to improve enrollment strategies. Collaborate with university marketing and admissions teams to develop targeted recruitment campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and refine communication strategies. Measure and assess communication effectiveness within the admissions funnel, making data-driven recommendations to enhance student engagement and conversion rates. Work with Ambassadors, educating them on recruiting in your prospective territory. Assist with any new student recruitment activities as assigned by the Director of Admissions. Develop predictive strategies using historical enrollment data to forecast application trends, identify high-potential prospective students, and refine marketing and recruitment strategies, ensuring targeted and efficient outreach efforts. Conduct A/B testing on individual email outreach to optimize engagement, improve response rates, and tailor messaging based on student behavior and performance data. This position will require travel in support of student recruitment activities. Travel will be required for extended periods of time. Position will be required to live in Southern Utah and perform administrative tasks from an on-campus office when not traveling for recruitment events and activities, with opportunities for limited remote work.

    Brigham Young University-Idaho

    The Admissions Office is often the first point of contact for prospective students at BYU–Idaho, and this coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that experience is positive and professional by training and supervising a customer service team of 10–12 part-time student employees. This position oversees customer service resources, tracks and reports statistics such as phone call data and TeamDynamix tickets, handles escalations, and develops and maintains training materials and procedures. In addition, the coordinator participates in outreach events that promote applications and support application completion. Through these responsibilities, the coordinator represents BYU–Idaho to prospective students while fostering disciple leadership and professional growth among current students.

    The Admission Processing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the CES Centralized Processing Center, supporting BYU, BYU–Hawaii, BYU–Idaho, BYU–Pathway Worldwide, and Ensign College. This role is responsible for supervising the processing of academic records—including high school and college transcripts, test scores, certificates, and English proficiency exams—and leading a team of student employees. The supervisor ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in admissions processing across the CES institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage transcript and test score processing workflows for all CES institutions, including domestic and international documents. - Develop and maintain processing procedures to ensure compliance with admissions policies. - Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of student employees; organize work schedules and oversee performance. Maintain communication and collaboration with CES institutions, vendors, and internal departments. - Troubleshoot system and processing issues, working closely with technical teams and Enrollment Services. - Track processing metrics and support reporting needs for team performance and workload. - Create and maintain training materials and a certification program for processing staff. - Participate as a member of the undergraduate admissions committee and assist with application review. - Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and other CES stakeholders.

    Overview

    The Utah State University Office of Admissions seeks an energetic student-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Team. Admissions Specialists are primarily responsible for recruitment efforts within an assigned territory. This position requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as the candidate will work with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, USU departments, and other constituents.

    Recruitment at USU is a team effort. The successful candidate will be instrumental in recruiting targeted student populations, exploring/identifying potential growth markets, and building relationships with students, faculty, and staff across USU’s 30 campuses and nine academic colleges. The candidate must be a self-starter and work well independently and in a team.

    This position allows for flexibility in the work schedule and can accommodate slight variations to traditional business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. While Logan is the preferred work location, remote work within the State of Utah may be an option.

    Overview The Academic Scheduling Office is seeking a positive, customer-service oriented administrative professional to join our small but dynamic and collaborative team. The Student Services Coordinator I position serves USU academic departments and Statewide Campuses, in updating and maintaining the academic schedule for Utah State University. This person is an important team member in understanding and interpreting university policies and procedures, systems, and programs pertaining to academic scheduling and space utilization. This position could work from the Logan Main campus or the USU Eastern Price campus.

    The Director of Marketing Strategy & Enrollment leads all enrollment marketing and brand strategy efforts at Ensign College. This role is responsible for developing the College’s external-facing voice, crafting and executing compelling content strategies, and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive Wasatch Front enrollment—with a strong emphasis on reaching prospective students, families, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will not only lead strategy but must be both a strategic leader and a capable content creator, with the ability to independently produce assets such as graphics, videos, and written messaging. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role that requires initiative, innovation, and a high level of execution.
